Software Developer with API Experience
Seeking a web developer with experience building web integrations with multiple third party applications, i.e. Payment Gateways and Learning Management Systems (LMS), utilizing web services, FTP file transfer and other technologies to enhance the company’s premier web-based application for education administration.

Job entails:

  • Become familiar with the nuances of all existing integrations.
  • Interact with clients for gathering requirements and/or explaining causes for failures/user errors when needed.
  • Analysis of Learning Management System API’s and other documentation.
  • Technical interaction with third party software developers during implementation, tests and ongoing support.
  • Devise solutions working with the internal team of architect and developers and client support team.
  • Support QA in resolving eventual issues.
  • Document the integration environment, business rules and procedural steps.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in software development
  • Minimum 3 years experience in C#
  • Minimum 2 years experience in API
  • Mandatory – Excellent written and verbal communication (including pronunciation) skills

Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for becoming an expert user of Maestro SIS and applying project management methodology processes for timely deliveries of ongoing new releases and customizations.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager of complex software products.

  • Provide project management leadership to established development team
  • Leverage best practices in both K12 and higher education.
  • The project manager will have experience managing and implementing administrative software systems, and will collaborate with BocaVox sales, support and development teams to achieve the company’s goals of providing a mature product that is uniquely configured and customized to each client institution.
  • Estimate allocation of resources.
  • Actively provide guidance in staff meetings as needed
  • Oversee the process mapping effort and integrate the outcomes of the full Business Process. Develop a detailed Approach Document that spells out roles and relationships within the implementation process.
  • Enhance implementation plan/process and roadmap for integrations, custom requirements, resources, and costs for each new project.
  • Provide guidance and agenda for all activities related to the scope of responsibility.
  • Work collaboratively with BocaVox teams and their client institutions to assure timely performance of action items for on time deliveries.
  • Provide ongoing progress and status reports to both parties.
  • Include in the project plan support for the development of all implementation activities related to the ERP project. As a component of the plan, develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of services during the ERP conversion and implementation and provide assurance that 100% readiness has been achieved prior to all “go live” dates.
  • Ensure work and tasks are aligned with the project priorities and that distractions from the project goals are minimized.
  • Help prioritize new timelines and commitments based on cost and available resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and agenda implementation for all activities assigned in the scope of responsibility.
  • Oversee and improve upon the Quality Assurance processes, making sure that all project deliverables are accurately documented and tested.

Seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sales Executive with experience in education technology sales, who is tech savvy, motivated to sell, and has an education client book.   Will work in conjunction with sales tech support to develop marketing strategies, bring in new leads, form partnerships, and close sales.

Note: this is for an in-house position. Company is located in Fort Lauderdale area of South Florida. If you reside outside the area, you must be willing to relocate at your own expense.
