Job Description

The QA Analyst will perform end to end testing of comprehensive, customized software. The responsibilities include software writing test cases, and documentation. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills. Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Performing manual test of customized product, becoming a product expert
  • Assist in responding to help desk tickets, phone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support regarding current projects if needed
  • Interface with customers to understand business requirements and customer needs and assist in the development of business cases and justifications
  • Develop processes, procedures, and technical solutions to support all phases of a project
  • Coordinate migrations and/or new deliveries
  • Participate in functional design review across the company
  • Prepare business requirements, system assessments, project and process assessments, and implementation documentation for new projects
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Oversee deliveries and act as liaison between development and sales
  • Perform knowledge transfers for each project by preparing documentation for processes, procedures, written instructions
  • Maintain knowledge of developments in relevant technologies and their use in the industry, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Available to work after hours and weekends (if needed)
  • Provide technical education, guidance and consulting to customers and team members on a software technology solution, services, and standards as needed

Software Developer with API Experience
Seeking a web developer with experience building web integrations with multiple third party applications, i.e. Payment Gateways and Learning Management Systems (LMS), utilizing web services, FTP file transfer and other technologies to enhance the company’s premier web-based application for education administration.

Job entails:

  • Become familiar with the nuances of all existing integrations.
  • Interact with clients for gathering requirements and/or explaining causes for failures/user errors when needed.
  • Analysis of Learning Management System API’s and other documentation.
  • Technical interaction with third party software developers during implementation, tests and ongoing support.
  • Devise solutions working with the internal team of architect and developers and client support team.
  • Support QA in resolving eventual issues.
  • Document the integration environment, business rules and procedural steps.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in software development

Seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sales Executive with experience in education technology sales, who is tech savvy, motivated to sell, and has an education client book.   Will work in conjunction with sales tech support to develop marketing strategies, bring in new leads, form partnerships, and close sales.

Note: this is for an in-house position. Company is located in Fort Lauderdale area of South Florida. If you reside outside the area, you must be willing to relocate at your own expense.
