Enrollment Management / Workflow

Front end Portal
Students (and/or parents for K12) can login to a front-end portal to complete the entire admissions process and upload required documents, request courses, view current grades and attendance, pay bills, access school calendar, view messages and announcements, contact the school or teacher and view their unofficial transcripts. The front-end portal gives great support for blended learning with single-sign-on to any LMS for online curriculum.
Institutions, districts, or school boards can purchase Authorization Codes in lots, to be assigned to their constituents, who in turn use them to pay for their courses – all in a seamless process.
Plan of Study/Graduation Planning – now INDIVIDUALIZED per student, school, group or program
Maestro SIS’s graduation plan is automatically updated upon course completion, and helps student plan their course selections, facilitating requirements tracking for multiple majors and minors.
