This Privacy Policy details the practices that Beezilves, LLC has established to protect its users' privacy. It will help you understand how we collect and use the information we collect. When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 15, Beezilves agrees strictly to the Children's Online Privacy Principles Act (COPES).

Collection and use of personal data

Beezilves, LLC provides Maieros B8 as a software solution for learning institutions, such as a default to its members, students, and parents/guardians. Throughout Maieros B8, we collect various types of personal information when used in general at the content learned institution once they create and log in their account.

The information collected is used solely for the learning institution that selected Maieros B8 as their administrative system for admissions, and therefore the message personal academic data and communication with a student team, or guardian becomes accepted. Nothing herein is valid nor other explanations for any commercial purposes and is only shared with the parties such as a learning management system (UMR) or payment gateway if your learning institution or payment gateway has requested for us to share it (see section III, DISCLOSURES/Onward Transfers of Personal Data). For students who reside in the European Union, we will require that they (or their parents, if unfeasible), give us consent.

The Personal Information we collect may vary according to the type of learning institution or the school district involved and is not limited to use names, work full and test name, use organization affiliation, what address, phone number, and/or email records and writing information (which may include credit card and/or bank information) plus reading value (IP address and browser type, Operating system, java script version, cookies, activity, copying and hyperwrite actions unless take when they own data Maieros B8, class information (assignments, files, notes, discussions, mail numbers, file, instructions, and other documents that you submit to Maieros B8), and potentially any information submitted when enabled an account in Maieros B8.

For those applying to institutions of Higher Ed, it may be necessary for us to require your social security number, which will be encrypted in email, and only the staff member at your institution and others involve in processing your financial aid. If there are a justifiable need to see it, will have access.

Beezilves uses personal data that is collected for the Metro business purposes:

1. To maintain a support Maieros B8 and contractual obligations with its partner schools
2. To timely use informed
3. Storage and processing of data in computer databases located in the USA

II. Choice

Beezilves offers its space from the European Union the choice to apply to their learning institution through the Maieros B8 site or to contact their learning institution directly for other means of applying for admission.

In the event of Personal Data covered by this policy will be useful for a new purpose, that is materially different from that for which it was intended. Beezilves will take the actions necessary to inform its customer and the users of Maieros B8 of the new purpose and provide the choice to whether to navigate Personal Data used or disclosed.

III. Disclosures / Onward Transfers of Personal Data

While we promise to never share or sell your data on other organizations, there are a few instances where we may have to provide its other entities. The only situations where we will share your personal information are under the following circumstances:

• Where you shall make an online payment through all civil party cards as an e-commerce application or email to a secure office via a Learning Management System (DLM) and/or the external applications in order to confirm Beezilves' operational obligations with your learning institution.
• We will only transfer the data only if the third-party link made confidential mentions that will not present the Personal Data for limited and specific payment accounts and/or any content required to meet the Data Subject. All proceeds exhaust the number of agreements as it transfers to the Private Privacy Policy 2020, and the Student Privacy Company, (established by the Future of Privacy Forum (PPF)) and will notify you if for any reason we make a determination that we cannot rely on and (if please) periodically the Personal Data or take other reasonable and appropriate steps to remediate if such a determination failed by us or by other of these two parties.
• We have extensive public and information to address the requisite terms of the action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving personal claims in the potential role of any person, or an otherwise relevant person.
• When you request the permission you information to an employer or another learning institution.

Beezilves completes with the same out of questions as the Student Privacy Policy 2020, Student Privacy Company, and the General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPs) whose pertinent, for all annual transfers of personal data received on behalf of our customers, including the potential liability provisions for normal transfers.

Notice for School where: This Privacy Policy does not govern your learning institution but also disclosure of personal information through Maieros B8. Beezilves, the developer of Maieros B8, is not responsible for your learning institution's collection, use, or disclosure of personal information. Contact your learning institution or visit its website for its privacy practices.

IV. Security

Beezilves, LLC maintains reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, attention, and destruction in accordance with the Privacy Shared Principles.

V. Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation

Beezilves, LLC limits the collection of Personal Data to information that is relevant for the purpose of complying with its contractual obligations with your learning institution and does not express such Personal Data in any way that is not compatible with the express educational purposes for which it has been collected. Beezilves, LLC complies with the requirement under the Student Privacy Policy 2020 of retaining personal data in an identifiable form as long as it serves its purposes.

VI. Access

You have the right to access, modify or update your personal information at anytime. Changes to this information will be dependent on the requirements of the Learning Institution you are associated with. Therefore, contact your learning institution regarding modifications to your personal information after account creation.

VII. Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability

Beezilves is subject to investigations and enforcement by the Federal Trade Commission. Beezilves commits to resolving complaints about your privacy and our data collection or use of your personal information. EU and UK individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our privacy policy should first contact Beezilves.

For residual complaints not fully or partially resolved by other means, you may be able to invade inforting arbitration.

VIII. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be amended to remain consistent with the requirements of the Student Privacy Policy, and the General Data Protection Regulations for students who reside in the European Union, reflecting applicable data protection and privacy laws and principles. We will clarify employees of available changes to this policy as it is updated. Beezilves will inform its customers and data subjects of the changes in this Policy when the changes made affect the data collection and we will allow them to choose to accept/reject the changes.
